I feel so incredibly lonely it's not even funny. I have two friends, and I see them maybe every two weeks in real life. I live alone, and I don't have enough social skills to get a date. Not a basic kind a loneliness. I just want someone to hold. I want someone to love. I'm tired of waking up with an empty bed. I don't want to have sex. I want to love.

We need to know what you do before we can help you, what a person does defines them. Getting a job in the service industry is a great way to improve social skills. Main thing is is to talk, talk to everybody you see regularly and REMEMBER THEIR NAMES. Make a few friends and they'll help you out .

It might be hard, since you've already established yourself as the shy quiet guy. Just start talking about your life, what your dreams are. Passion has a way of attracting people, so talk about things you truly care about. On those late shifts get personal , figure out who cares and develop the relationship
