Hey, guys, I got a dilemma.
I was taking a shower earlier today and as I reached for the shower head, I slipped, fell out of the shower, hit my lower back against the toilet and rolled onto the floor buttass naked.
I was fine for awhile but more than 6 hours later and I'm struggling to even walk without suffering excruciating back pain on my lower right back.
My questions are:
1. Does the pain from something like a back injury get worse the day after
and
2. Should I go to the hospital

old ppl can actually die from it, you might become a cripple for life if you dont take it seriously

Probably yeah. You shouldn't be waiting around with possible spine injuries. It can just be that your muscles are really cramped, one of my friends had that happen to him when he got a hit on the back. But better safe than sorry, rather a needless visit to the hospital than suffering permanent damage because you didn't take it seriously.

Do you have like an NHS 111 service where you live? That you can call and get advice from a doctor?
