The right looks better. Short sides and longer top is more "in" these days too. Keep it. I also recommended keeping the beard shaved or stubby at most. You'll look the most desirable like that.

You have strong features, especially around your browline. Longer hair softens those features, which some will see as a plus, and others will see as a minus. As an aside, your facial hair in left-frame pic one is the best. In all others pictures it looks too patchy to really work for you.

The shape of your face would support bangs, which isn't something many women can get away with, and would make you stand out in a crowd. Otherwise, what you're doing now is fine. If you want to change things up dramatically, you could try short with a fringe combed over to one side, but I don't know if your features are quite sharp enough to carry it.
