HALP! I interviewed at a well known silicon valley startup and went through 5 on-site interviews a week ago that went pretty well.

On Friday I got this email from recruiter:

What are the odds they give me an offer? If they were going to deny me, why not just do it in email? Is there a different sort of update they would want to say to me over the phone besides an offer?
