My new boss is an illegal who married the business owner's daughter, and runs the business into the ground. He still thinks he is in mexico, and threw a temper tantrum, when we were moving a 60 lb concrete lid, my foot got crushed, and is now broken...
Am I going to get fired because of this, and have 0 recourse?

no, its insurance all american companies are required to have for work place accidents. do a search on workmans comp in your state. its possible they don't have it but if so they can be in big shit.
