My upstairs neighbors have some sort of schedule where they are active 12am-8am. The woman is some sort security guard and I've seen her coming home at 9pm. They have loud sex and floors are thin (I can hear their springs). Usually I can sleep through it, but once in a while the woman decides to be a real moaner. Last night they had sex at 3am and 6am and woke me up both times so I'm fucking pissed. How should I handle this?
