Take a square of toilet paper and measure out a 1/16th of Ajax into the center of it (yellow can). A 1/16th will be the size of the tip of your pinky. Ball this up and put it on the back of your tongue and drink it down with two glasses of water 4 hours before your test. When you pee for the test, you'll notice it foaming a little. That's how you know it worked. My parole officer taught us how to do this because he got tired of violating us for drugs. Didn't like all of the paperwork. Worked every time.

If you don't smoke regularly, a week of not smoking will be fine.

If you do, drink a lot of water and stop smoking until your test.
