Assuming I don't live in one of the US's top ten most expensive cities, what income would you consider "well-off," or "successful" for a 30 year old?
And I guess, just to make this fit in with the rest of /adv/, at what income level does money start being attractive to women in and of itself?

I am guessing 100k a year is well off.

It's subjective, my dude.
$50k or more a year definitely can't be considered bad for somebody in your situation, especially if you have assets such as a car or home.
If you want to be considered attractive based on money alone, it depends on where in life the woman is (typically, the closer they are to 45, the more desperate they become). You'd probably need to be landing at least 6 figures a year to impress a 30 year old woman, whereas any sort of stable income that isn't high school dropout-tier will be good if her ovaries have dried.
You can be broke and still look like you have money to get laid.
I think there was a movie like this...cba to remember the name tho

tl;dr, if you make at least $75,000 a year, you're as happy as Bill Gates. At least, your stress and frustration will be as low and your sense of well-being and having a handle on things will be as high as money can buy.
Yes there is a number and it makes sense that there is- make enough money and you don't have to worry about rent, food, or emergencies, just sign the bills. If you make more than that and you're unhappy, you're certainly well off, but you might want to look into other things to explain why you feel how you do.
If all you have to offer is money, you're going to have a very lonely life.

Thanks for this. Great info.

I have more to offer than money, but it's an interesting thing to discuss.
Plus sometimes you just wanna bang out a hot as shit 18-23 year old with no misgivings that you're going to be in a relationship.
