You might have to be extreme by only using the computer in public spaces and downgrading to a flip phone. This sounds crazy but its what a lot of guys in your situation have had to do to reset their sexual palate.

Do not have the same problem. I mean it is way better than it was about a decade ago when I would spend probably my whole day just on the computer. Now what gets me is LIVE webcam models.
