I finally lost control and punched a wall so hard I fucking fucked

I actually stopped after I fucked up my hand hitting a wall.

I lose control from time to time. I usually end up having fist fights with wall everytime I'm moderately drunk and remember my ex-girlfriend.

I don't punch shit because I don't want to fuck up my hands, people will probably notice, so I just hold in the anger and it makes it worse.

Learn about CBT for anger management and look up stoicism. It's been years since I've had an outburst.
