Yes, I know what you mean. But seriously, I've never got much out of it. My doctors, friends, relatives, coworkers all try to cram it down my throat. I used to be an avid exerciser. Then I quit, started again, then quit. I've got clinical depression and it never really made much difference. The endorphins that I'm supposed to feel, never showed up. I'm just exhausted, and that's it. So I believe like anything else, it helps many and is good for the body but is not the miracle cute for all ailments.

They don't other than to take your mind off of the problem for awhile or give you time to think about alternatives to solutions or how to deal with the problem. Not everything or every problem can be fixed. Sometimes you may have to learn to line with it.

Exersize: im crippled. I can do arms but my arms are naturally huge. And i grew up doing man work with my arms. They hurt like fuck if i do much more than work.
Meditation: nah, silence opens the door and lets the demons in. My brain just doesnt work for it. Tried it a lot actually.
