Fake tits look and feel nothing like real boobs. I have them myself and I went to a VERY good place, paid over 9000€. You will have scars, you have will have the chance (and it's not as rare as doctors make it out be) to develop Caspular Contracture and your boobs will always be firm.

Real, fat boobs jiggle. They are squishy like water. Fake boobs are not hard like stone, but they are noticeably firm and at best, bounce.

Sometimes you see a pretty good, natural result but that's because the girl already had large, natural breast with lots of fat that will cover the implant. You have small breast, so only a bit fat tissue and your result wont look natural naked. And wont move natural, either.

I honestly still cry sometimes when I see beautiful natural boobs. The way they move, the way they fall and squish. Meanwhile I'm a silicone freak with scars. While plastic surgery is doing a good job these days, compared to the *real* thing it will always be inferior.
