You can take the INTJ route like Martin Luther or Moses and retreat into isolation until you reach so high a degree of self-awareness and self-empowerment that you return to the world a changed individual, but that's both psychologically threatening and a privilege desu. I'm at least heavily dissociative, but who knows if that's a bad thing

Eastern philosophy is generally a good place to look though. A lot of hindu and buddhist writers argue that there is equally a world around you as there is within you, so in seeking oneness a person can attain just as much fulfillment as that which is found abound, and that's probably right

If you don't know what you're about it's probably because you haven't put in the work, you just settle for what's easier-- that is, being part of various groups and settled cultures, rather than developing and understanding your own
