Okay, so I just took a blood test and the people who gave me the test said I had "trace amounts of alcohol and marijuana" in my system. The funny part is the last time I drank before the blood test was in April. I literally did 0 drugs for over a month. Alcohol can only be detected up to 80 hours. Wtf? Seriously?
Unless I'm suffering from dementia and/or severe memory loss there's something going on here.

you can have a thing where you get yeast in your stomach that produces alcohol from any sugars you ingest. also thc gets stored in fat cells and can take a long time to go away.

I exercise 5 days a week and drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. There's no way marijuana would stay in my system for that long.

Itd called auto brewery syndrome. Its unvelievably rare and OP would definitely know if he had it. The presence of the yeast would be good enough that OP, without any knowledge of.it, would stink like a piss pot and constantly feel hungover and drunk by now in a life disabling manner..

alcohol is probable bullshit, condition is usually super rare and you wouldve known a long time ago.
mairjuana is probably right since it can stick around for a while, even just a trace amount
