How to resist food cravings on a diet ?

eat a pan pizza from papa john's. I tried that shit last night and couldn't stand it.

what kind of diet? understand that your body burns a certain amount of calories just to function and to lose weight all you have to do is eat less calories than that. about 500 less.

You just kinda have to power through it. I don't know what kind of diet you're on, but a lower calorie alternative might be to have some mozzarella wrapped in pepperoni dipped in some marinara or something... But I know that won't be filling.

I generally would just eat something else and distract myself with vidya or whatever.
