As a female how the hell do I decrease my sex drive? I have a bf and we have sex almost everyday and sometimes twice a day and when hes at work I masturbate at least once or twice but sometimes I masturbate like 4 times. Even though I have sex regularly and masturbate regularly I still find myself not being content with it and its getting annoying honestly. When I was first starting puberty I had this problem for a few years, being super horny all the time but then it stopped and I just had a normal sex drive. However, me being horny all the time has come back recently these past few months and I have no idea why. I keep also having sex dreams a lot too nearly every night this past week.
Is there something I can take or eat or do to stop being so horny? I'm also not sick of having sex with my bf either, so I dont think boredom in my relationship is a problem. I'm 21 btw.
