Well I'm an accounting major and want to minimize overhead and maximize profits.

And honestly, I need a hobby so the weighing and packaging process could be fun and interesting.

I found a largely untapped market but I think that I am overthinking it.

They want to get the most possible product for the cheapest price while also wanting the best quality.

They can have two of those but not all three.

I'd say trial and error. Do the math. See it on paper but don't be disapointed if it doesnt work out in reality.

Just redouble your efforts and find a new stratagy.

I taught myself how to work with electronics and such devices and I now have a career as a PLC programmer and installer.
