my penis is chaffed from a marathon I ran, and it is dry even after almost a week now. I was originally going to get a condom and fill it with vaseline but I heard that's not a good idea, which I should have expected but thought will be fine because it will just be over my penis and not like I'll be rubbing it for it to tear or anything.
