Is it really surprising that a girl you got together with right as she was on the brink of adulthood is going to wander away from you eventually? Most couples who are in the same stage of life still don't last. She is still changing rapidly now and is going to want to feel young and free. Actually it seems like she's already there.

I don't see anything in your post that screams that you are doomed to fail. But all the stats are stacked against you simply because most people do not wind up marrying their high school sweetheart, and age difference is yet another complicating factor. Just try to work on whatever you can, communicate well, set your boundaries, enjoy what you have together for as long as you can - and accept that you are very very likely never going to grow old together.
