me (18, black not in college or school until fall) and my girlfriend (19, black, started college in march) both got a pink slip for making out in the park after dark. we went to court yesterday (I dressed semi formal, she dressed kinda basic). I got an ACD which is semi good, but my fucking girlfriend got her case dismissed that day without an ACD. what the hell???
