I have never understood why anybody does this. Just cut back. These fucktards fap themselves 2 or 3 times a day till their balls shrivel up and fall off and then want to never do it again. CUT BACK. Do it once every few days or whatever works. Moderation is usually a good rule to follow.

I went cold turkey two weeks ago after jerking it at least once a day for 10+ years and I'm feeling pretty weird desu. The urge went away after 4-5 days, but I've been feeling a noticeable increase in anxiety and I find my emotions to generally be more intense. I've been getting tingly around a certain girl at work, which is something I can't remember ever encountering before. So far undecided as to wether or not I'm liking it, but man do I feel different.

I don't have any useful tips cause frankly I'm not finding it hard to abstain. It's comparable to giving up any other addiction in the way that the urge intensifies over the first few days then slowly starts to fade.
