Ok, so yesterday i was mauled by a 150 pound German Shepherd, and after trying to tear off my arm and leg, he went right for the crotch. I'm pretty cut up and bruised on my forearm and thigh, but my main concern is the head of my penis. When it first happened, it looked as if there was a blister on the tip of my penis, but now that it's a day later, i can see that his teeth pierced my head in four places, and the area around it is swollen and red, almost giving the appearance of a blood blister. It stopped bleeding about five hours after it happened, and one of the puncture marks has started to scab over. I've been taking care of it, but i don't know if i need any medical attention. What should I do?
