Any loss of consciousness is a concussion. You were concussed. Watch out for signs of depression and these others that may come on within the next month or two. Lots of people come out just fine from a concussion but some people only need one concussion to have serious issues arise.

Your hair will grow back just fine. Skin grows faster while moist so keep a LIGHT coating of vasoline on the area till it's completely healed. Worst case scenario, the hair regrows white.

No, unless you literally lost skin. Otherwise you probably just ripped a bit of hair out and that can lead to it not growing properly in the next months. But it should grow normally again unless you lost a thick layer of skin.

Alright, OP here. I visited a clinic today, where they desinfected my wounds. Concussion was ruled out since I was pretty alert at the time, and I feel alright now, not drowzy anymore. I've bought some vaseline so I can seal the wounds.
