I'm a young chubby girl, and I lack self control with food. My legs are incredibly weak, but swimming is easy and fun for me.
Any advice for me as to how to lose weight?

it was amazing for me a while ago i used to be a master at this, when i got used to it i had energy all day and i looked great in my new clothes, i even started going out with girls
but then i got into a big depression because things didn't go well with a girl and i went back to being chubby as i started eating more
if you get into this start slowly and then when you are used to it keep at it you should not let your body get back to normal eating times
once i go back to living alone i'll probably getback into this and recover my good shape

Discipline and will power are like muscles. You need to exercise them all the time or they atrophy. keep setting goals and stick to them. Small battles add up for changing your will power. However, keep in mind that real change will take a whole lifestyle change. What you do, what you eat, your attitude, how you evaluate yourself etc.
Are you in school?
Can you join sports?
Ever seen a good tennis player who is ugly or fat?
Eat only what you cook, and drink only water, maybe with a lime in it
