painting might be good, i cant draw but paintings can be pretty abstract
i dont like working out and related sports because its like an eternal commitment, would rather spend that time doing other things
already cook and play bass
fixing cars is an interesting one, i dont own one at the moment but i did rebuild a motorbike a few years ago
anything more social?
There's a hobby I wanna try, watchmaking. Seems interesting as fuck. Just find a watch, any watch and dismount it and try to mount it back.

You could always get better at drawing
More social hobbies might include joining a club. Look for clubs that interest you such as a rock climbing club, reading club, chess club, you get the picture. I don't really know what you're interested in but look up something you are interested in or want to get involved in and search for meetups

yeah i already do meetups, mostly just social things though. i guess the real problem is nothing particularly interests me, none of the suggestions so far or things ive tried to think of myself jump out like at least one of them should

knitting is very social
I get you can find some stitch and bitch groups too.

When I started kickboxing it seemed like something interesting and now it has become a big part of my life. I know your case is different but my point is just trying something, even if it doesn't peak a ton of interest, might create that spark. If you keep waiting for that one idea that creates passion and fills you with excitement you might find yourself never doing much of anything.

and people under age 60 do this?
>>18361258
yeah id say im exactly in that trap presently
>>18361278
yeah? The group I'm in has a good range.
If you want to be social, don't exclude yourself from groups that you feel might be out of your age range.
maybe sculpting, pottery or needle felting? I think making little handcrafts are fun. there's a lot of neat needle felt kits you can try
>>18361295
yeah, would prefer something a little more exciting
>>18361348
not really a crafty person, thanks for the suggestion though
>>18361379
>little more exciting
why not look into kayaking or hiking groups then?
