In the city of Toronto it's so commonplace for people to just go to the dispensaries downtown and grab however much weed they want. I basically don't know people in this city who have never smoked weed unless they just moved to Canada.

Everybody smokes weed. My parents smoked weed, my brothers did, mostly everyone in knew in high school. And plenty of people have jobs and live functional lives while smoking weed regularly.
