The 2% failure rate is from women who poke holes in the condom to get pregnant intentionally, and from the few cases where the condom breaks and nobody notices it until you've ejaculated AND it doesn't have spermicide.

I've tried practicing putting on some condoms. I don't think I've failed to follow any instructions - roll it down while holding the tip, right?
But when I tried fapping with it later, the tip of it wasn't smooth - it kept folding in under the foreskin (phimosis, remember) and it looked creased, like in a horror movie when the killer tries to suffocate someone with a plastic bag.

Is this normal? It felt okay when I did it by myself. Didn't look very aesthetic but I can deal with that, but if it's a safety risk then I'd rather fix my condom technique or my foreskin.
