I'm currently undergoing a government security check for my job

How fucked am I, as a frequent 4chan and hentai user? Will the security agencies come back with anything just based on that?
>>
You're 100% fine

100% fucked, the US does not tolerate degeneracy

Stay cool, the isp still havent set up infrastructure to sell your browsing history yet. But in few years it will be public for everybody to buy your history. Enjoy living in the land of free i guess?
>>
>>18336381
Google already has the right to sell your search history
facebook can sell your post history
individual sites can sell your browsing history
its only ISPs that dont have the right yet

you're already fucked but dont know it
>>
>>18336396
Thing is google, facebook and individual sites dont know your name unless you have given them it willingly. And pairing you between services via fingerprinting is still unreliable as fuck.

But your isp know for sure who you are.

And btw you are defending yet another intrusion on citizens rights and privacy. And the only responce for that is
>die shill

What will you use next? Nothing to hide, nothing to fear? Camera to every living room to see if you arent sexually abusing your own children?

>die shill

im not defending anything, im clarifying your view. you're lamenting the end of the world when it already happened

isps should not be able to sell your priv info imo
neither should google, facebook, or 4chan
and yes, 4chan knows your private info i work in the add industry tracking cookies let us identify everything about you. your name, email address, phone number, how likely you are to buy a house in 5 years, whether you eat frozen pizza or not ....
>>
>>18336412
And you should also add the fact, that your tracking works on like 95% of users?

Cause my browsers throws cookies like trash, delete even perm html5 storage, adblock kills almost everything and i dont use same google account on every device and the only service which knows my name is steam because credit card.

So yea, the information about me on web exists, but you cant connect them easily or automatically and most likely arent connected to my real name. And that is what matters.

I dont care that somebody is able to search for my web history under alias peterpan75. What matters is when some gook will search for my name, all he will found is my bank account and health history.

You have to keep pol shitposting and real life strictly seperated to protect the freedom to shitpost. Which is sadly what most normies dont understand. That the shit they type on facebook can bite their ass in the near future. But they will learn eventually.

I already figured they have much of that data but mostly anonymised for market research uses

But how likely is it I am on some sort of government watchlist for having come on here regularly?
4chan has become associated with the alt-right, after all.

Now I could be wrong about this works, but I'm preeeetty sure in a government security check they'll care a lot more about whether people who you've worked with or studied under think you can be trusted than about what kind of weird pornography you watch as long as it isn't illegal.
>>
>>18336363

You're fine, it costs too much to search/obtain your net history.
>>

>And pairing you between services via fingerprinting is still unreliable as fuck.

All pages that want to track you (basically all of them) send some small part of data to you encrypted. For encryption to work, your computer has to send out its public key. This is an identifier that is designed to be universally distinct. It is impossible for anyone else to have the same public key by chance. You always send out the same public key. To all services. That is your real fingerprint on the net.
>>

Name of technology / princip?

I think you either mean https and that works differently or session / http identifier and that is always randomized to prevent stealing identities.
>>
Fuck these sites that track me
