Her parents don't take it serious, they think it's a phase and that she just wants attention. In our small town there's no doctor specialized anorexia. That's why i'm taking things in my own hand.

There's not much you can do, frankly. It's most of all a mental disorder and can only really be treated with long-term therapy that also deals with the underlying causes. You can't tell an anorexic to eat because it not so simple (similar to telling a depressed person to cheer up) and you can't talk it better. If you tell her she already looks good, it will translate in her mind to "you need to starve yourself to look good" and if you tell her she'd look beautiful if she gained some weight it will translate to "you're inadequate" and will trigger the starving mode, just because starving herself offers her some sense of control. I've been dealing with this for a decade, because my sister has multiple earing disorders and my only advice is: leave it to the professionals. You can't make her better, so just do what you'd do with a healthy person. Treat her good, make her as happy as you can and all that. Offering some normalcy into her life can help her a lot more than some pseudo-helpful bullshit.

Become a good cook.
Make amazing food.
Relaxed setting for eating is key.
It is not always about the food.
Make something that you eat with your hands. Then sit down next to each other and take turns feeding each other.
Make sure you sensually lick and kiss her fingers, she will do the same, but has to eat for that to be possible.
Do not rush it. Slow and steady. Do not try to stuff half a turkey in her mouth at once.
Do not make it about the food.
Make it about closeness.

Anorexia is a serious mental health issue WAY out of your ability to help. She HAS to see a specialist, and if that means driving to the nearest big city or university medical school, you have to do it.

I've been anorexic back and forth for over 10 years now. Feeding her and stuff won't help. Try to find out what really is the problem . Her parents sound like assholes. If an anorexic isn't taken seriously,she can easily be triggered and think she's "too fat" to be taken serious with her condition.
To put pressure on her as in "you have to gain weight/eat or..." isn't helping. Rather let her know that you suffer from her condition as well and that you support her. Good luck.

Thank you guys for the advice, i'll go for the professional help, and will try to be more supportive with her, not just make her eat. Wish i could understand the disease more.
