To put it simply /adv/ I would not say that I'm sad, but when it comes to joy, being happy, excitement, or other "happy" and "motivating" emotions. I just feel like those emotions are dulled, i feel unsatisfied and unfulfilled with just about everything. Also after i do really enjoy something or have that excitement it is quick to fade. Anyone else have this problem?
I am also an adult, yes.
How do you spend the majority of your time?

I'm like just coming out of high school so maybe that's why?

Oh in my own free time mostly play gaymes, youtube, anime, etc.
However i try to do something with my friends like every weekend if possible.

I should add. The only adults I know that ARENT this way, are cult-level religous.

Read over what you written.
Are any of those things 'fulfilling' activities?
if any of them are, what is fulfilling about it?
if not, what would be fulfilling?

It would probably be a much better use of my time to be working, studying IT security more in depth, and practice programming more. I'm not fat but daily exercise wouldn't hurt i guess.

happiness is experiences. you're not really doing anything, go out and try something new, anything you wanna learn about is literally at your fingertips, take advantage of that.

True, perhaps this is more of a lack of motivation than anything. I think im going to try and think of something new to do while im working this summer. Thanks to everyone so far on the input,
