Moving from Georgia to Colorado with a little over $4500. the town I live in is toxic and the people here can go fuck off and die. I want a fresh start. I have two years of college completed, but I dropped out last year and have no degree.
I'm hoping to get a job doing some sort of office/clerical work. As long as it isn't a restaurant, I'm good.
any advice so I don't end up under a bridge in 6 months?

Where in Colorado? 4500 bucks isn't a lot in Denver. Do you have any friends out there? Probably should research the job market out there before moving.
All I've got to say is be confident, don't be afraid to take the first step, and try to make the best out of every situation. If you do that you'll be fine anon

Fort Collins
and yeah, one of my best friends moved out there a couple of months ago with $700 and he's doing well

Don't do drugs, or at least be careful with who you smoke weed with because they might put heroin in the bowl. Fort Collins is beautiful and there's tons of interesting people there, it's a good town for art. Just focus on nailing down a job first and don't fall into a shitty crowd. After that, find what you're passionate about and run with it.

funny you should mention that bc I'm actually a recovering opiate addict.
I don't plan on smoking any weed until I land a job. I don't want to risk getting popped w/ a drug screen.
