How do you let a friend know they hurt you?

Just live your life, and just realize that if all they wanted was sex from you, then they don't deserve to KNOW you. I'm sure you're a good person (or as good as a person on 4chan can be). My man, same shit happened to me(except I was wary of her intentions and didn't sleep with her). I know what you mean by the damaged goods bit too, but it's going to be better one day man. For you sex and intimacy actually means something, that's a hard trait to find in today's world from most people. Try not to think about it(easier said than done), and don't beat yourself up about getting played either. Use your anger and hurt to better yourself and be the best you can be for your friends and family. One day you'll find the right girl, or you'll just love as a happy person who knows he walked a decent path.
