I've been out on 4 dates with this girl, and I really like her, but I get so nervous I feel ill when I'm out with her. I can generally keep it under wraps, but I've thrown up once. I'm not a nervous person in general, it's just this situation really. Drinking isn't really a solution, since drinking on a nervous stomach makes me want to throw up.

The only real unusual behaviour I've shown is not finishing drinks I've ordered out of fear of throwing up. I can talk to her fine, I just feel really ill when I'm with her.

Go see s doctor. tell him you'd like to have a antiemetic. There are some which will fully prevent nausea. If you stop having this problem in mind, you might have a relaxed date.
