Yeah, cosmetic surgery. These days you can take the most hideous of people and turn them into sex symbols with surgeries, diet, exercise and makeup. I have no idea how unhealthy and what risks come with this kind of drastic changes though, I don't think it's something to be done lightly.

But you should consider a few things first. You can't compete with or compare yourself to idols and celebrities. For some of them looking great is both genetic and a full-time job. That's what they do for a living, they put many hours into it daily. And it's also fake, to some extent. Idols don't look as good IRL as they do on screen, there's a lot of makeup, lighting, photoshop, favorable angles and so on used to make pretty girls look even prettier. And you can definitely not compete with 2D, that's a fantasy, it can be whatever you want it to be, it's "perfect". You as a human being can't be perfect.

If we all start comparing ourselves to models and 2d 99% of us would get discouraged because we're so much uglier and less desirable than them. You should try to do what is reasonably practical and healthy to better your appearance and learn to accept what you can't change. As I said, if you really can't get over it there are ways of improving any part of your body, naturally or artificially. But at the end of the day anybody can find reasons to be deeply insecure about, no matter how small. Some of the most insecure people I know are very good looking, but they keep obsessing over small imperfections most people wouldn't even notice.
