Either set it to date when you started nofap or to the date when you will fap again and put the widged on yout home screen so every time you look at your phone you will get reminded of how long you have not fap and get instant boner.

I don't like NoFap because it shames people for wanting to masturbate or watch porn. Unless a guy is somehow a Sex God once he hits puberty, what you are doing to other teenagers (and some men) is cruel. You then justify it with broscience and acting superior to others who masturbate or watch porn. It's a fucking cult, and most of you are too moronic to realise it.

I participated in NoFap for a couple of months and was able to hold off that long. But I saw it for the cult it is, and got off that group. I checked the sub 2 years later, and it's still the same problems that it had 2 years ago. If you are going to convince anyone that NoFapping is worth it, actually follow your belief rather than just talking about it.

Not falling isn't the solution, getting od your butt and not being glazy is. Rapping has nothing to do with it. Plenty of successful people fap and watch porn.
