I've been working out there and using the machines at my college gym for about a year now and this has now been occurring for a month after lifting dumbbells. Not only that, my feet have also been itchy as well (only on the inner sides of my feet near the edge of the arch). Could this be a fungal infection? I don't see any Indica of one, it only looks like my skin peeling off after scratching so much. Could this be an allergic reaction to maybe this gel often used at the gym as a substitute for chalk? Maybe having so much pressure on my palms causing it to feel itchy (considering how my left hand is the itchiest and the weakest)? What do you guys think?

You can contract warts and stuff through gym equipment. Have you washed your hands with soap?? Might wanna see a doctor and not consult 4chan on this.

Public gym equipment is dirty 100% of the time. Your probably developing a rash or something.

Get gloves to preserve smooth baby skin and to keep hygiene high.
Itchy skin is not normal.
If you think you got some crap on your hands, go to pharmacy and ask for antiseptic designed for feet/hands to kill fungus and bacteria.
