If it helps the same thing has happened to me before. Hell, my last birthday my parents left town to go to a show whole my grandma came down to celebrate my birthday with me. Stuff happens I guess.

yes i cried during the month of my birthdays in middle school and high school. in college i started buying my own cake and didnt give a shit if anyone remembered. in fact i enjoy no one knowing about it.
