Is it bullying to write negative reviews on rate my professor?

No, how the fuck/why the fuck would it be?

I don't know that's why I'm asking you the brilliant minds of 4chan.

I think it's not bullying, but still, seing that your students hate you isn't something cool.
Also, he's right, you should be saying criticism dead in the eyes, not behind a screen. Now if he gets angry and dismiss your criticism, then I think you could totally write a 1 star review.
Um, this varies greatly on the actual review. If it was purely on the subject, then it wouldn't be bullying.
But the classroom mindset where if one person berates something and gets away with it then everyone goes on a rant about it, which is bullying. Criticism isn't useful when repeated in the same context. They have already been told what you have said; any more repetitions after that is just to put it in their face. If the teacher has faults, let it be if you pointing them out doesn't actually improve the situation.

All that was said is he doesn't respond to emails and that the student didn't learn much about writing in his class and the class was too difficult.
the reason ratemyprofessor deletes so many posts is because they are afraid of getting sued. And they are legally in the wrong if they prevent teachers from getting students due to negative anecdotal stories.
so yes, to an extent it is bullying. Just be professional with your reviews.

but you are fine with this. you are allowed an opinion and the email story can be proven if you hit the unlucky lottery

I don't post the negative reviews I'm just reading this professors reviews to see if I should take his class. That's where I saw the post with the accusation of bullying and screenshot it here.
Someone wrote this about one of my profs
I think it's not true, i had the same guy but for another class.
I think whoever wrote this is buttmad they failed

No, but it's rather pointless.
Since 90% of negative reviews on RMP are too obviously by students resentful because they did badly in the class (badly written, unspecific ranting), nobody takes them seriously.
If you are capable of a reasoned, temperate, evidence-supported criticism of a prof, take it to he head of the department.
