The thing is, I don't think I've always had it, its something that's progressively gotten worse as I enter early adulthood.

I haven't slept in days and have been having sleeping issues for half a year because my mind doesn't rest. I am full of anxiety and depressive thoughts constantly. All day and all night.

I haven't slept currently for 48ish hours now, and I'm not tired either. Mentally that is. I'm struggling to turn off.

Visit a doctor.
