You need to realize that just because you love someone, doesn't mean they love you back. It won't stop them from abusing you. It's one of the hardest things to do but sometimes you need to stand up for yourself. If I was depressed, the first person I would go to would be my boyfriend. 2 months of cancelled plans is bullshit. Depression or no depression. I would give her one more chance. Be fully honest. Put everything on the table with how you feel and how shes hurt you. Maybe it will be a wake up call. If not at least you tried and you have your answer.
