Only advice I can give is: go cold turkey. Delete any and all files and links on your computer+phone that link to furry shit, and stow away any lewd irl furry stuff you have. Technically you could use a sfw filter and still browse furry sites, but there will be images that will tempt you to look at lewds again. Back out of any social media and apps that could expose you to furries and make sure to tell your friends that you're in quarantine and to not send you any furry lewds (if that's what you and your friends do, anyways).

It will be difficult to resist. Find something that you could do whenever you get the urge to look at furries. I used to browse FA and e621 on a near daily basis, but I am working on cutting down my time on these sites. Long-winded RPG video games have been eating up my time, and soon enough I'm going to start reading and doing some light exercising.

Don't be discouraged if you fall back a few steps. It won't be easy readjusting and will take a good amount of time.

Actual sex with a dog at least can actually hurt. They are super fast and rough, and their penis has an actual bone in it which is designed to penetrate your cervix.
