I like it how you are taking photos from such bad angles nobody is able to identify which type of bird it is.

Anyway your best bet is vet. Your second best bet is to leave the bird alone with sourcw of water of some pieces of bread. It will either die from its injuries, or rest and get better.

Remember wild birds arent used to humans so even your presence close to it might scare it and worse its condition.

Look at pic related. You need to have its eyes and beak in photo in order to see what kind of bird we are look at. Nobody takes shots of birds from such angle.
