Is it a bad sign if my boyfriend rarely looks at me? I've started noticing recently, particularly when we're out he won't look at me when he talks. He'll look anywhere but at my face. He's still very affectionate though, he'll touch me a lot; such as holding my hand, putting his arm around me, initiating kisses etc. He tells me I'm attractive often and he's definitely interested in sex, but isn't it weird to avoid looking at your partner? I love looking at him, but he rarely looks back.

Nah, it's just slightly autistic behavior. I've noticed that I do this too sometimes. Constantly looking around when outside even when talking to her, and being a bit shy and shit, just as never being really affectionate in public with her. Nothing to worry about desu. As long as he does all the things you mentioned, you shouldn't worry.

Has he always been like that? If so maybe he just isn't good at maintaining eye contact - that's easy to learn you just need to bring it up.
