You must live up north then. The Feels Like in some parts of Texas is 105F for most of the summer. I don't care how cool you run, you aren't wearing your gay as shit dark jeans in that weather if you don't have to. I used to work construction and yeah a lot of us wore jeans and long sleeves in the summer but it's to prevent getting cancer/sunburns pretty much.
