I'm being blackmailed. somebody on messenger sent me a meme pic with my name DOB and ssn with a ransom of 250 to be sent to a Bitcoin address that will be sent to me when I'm ready. they've. given me 1 week.... I'm broke. what now ?

There's nothing they can really do with that info that's worth $250. Maybe steal your identity and get some bogus credit cards, but if you're already broke, your credit probably already sucks and you won't be held responsible for the charges. You should check your credit report regularly, though.
