Some get very excited taking to women. In the end, it's the pleasure you're into that defines you. You are too used to the same life, and that makes it less exciting. Find another source of pleasure. It shouldn't be something like "go out, anon, smash dat ass, become alfa". Maybe you need to find board game club. Maybe you are into some new kind of music.
