Should I go to doctor and get diagnosis. Or should I don't. What's the pros and cons of getting diagnosis. Will it help me. Or not.
>>
>pros
You get an expert opinion and proper treatment
>cons
You no longer get to worry yourself into a pool of hypochondria at 3am after consulting webMD for 5 hours straight?

Isn't that a pros
And in your opinion should I go get diagnosis.

I want to get diagnosis for depression and anxiety BTW.should I?
>>
After spending a lot of time and money I got a diagnosis for major depression. Spend nearly 2 months trying a medication that gave me the shits and made me unnecessarily drowsy. Didn't improve my mood at all.

I feel like an idiot for thinking meds could fix me. Would not do again.
>>
>>18278857
Worth a shot. Some people don't get benefits from meds, other people are literally saved by them. It all depends, but it's worth a try surely.
>>

Damn that means that's a no from you. So do you get better by yourself or its still look hopeless. What's your tips for possibly depression people like me. How do I know I have depression?
>>
>>18278861
Does getting diagnosis long? Because I have to study for important test this year.
>>
>>18278845
1. Go to doctor
----there's a chance but no guarantee it will help
2. Don't go to doctor
----there's an absolute guarantee it won't help

>depression and anxiety
Stupid fucking meme illness, just breathe deep, go for 2 hours walking outside every day, read more books and grow some balls

Meds will just turn you into an emotionless zombie and make you fat because they alter your metabolism

An official diagnosis helped me to realize that my depression was unfixable. It's just part of who I am. I won't ever be rid of depression and it will always be a passenger in my life. Once I understood this, I focused on coping strategies. My depression is a manageable disease but not curable. I will, without a doubt, turn to negative destructive thoughts if I allow myself. Keep your depression at bay at all costs, or it will ruin your life. Cope, cope, cope, distract.

A good sign of depression is feeling hopeless about the future for a very extended period of time. You feel like a burden on everyone around you. It's staying up late doubting if you'll ever be happy. It's regretting your whole life. It's pretending to be cheerful in so many social situations you've become just a mask. Depression is personal, though.

I do have a feeling of hopeless for quite amount of time. And yes I do feel like I'm a burden. And yeah I lost good amount of sleep because of this, it's like
>will I ever be happy.
>will I die alone
>will I found myself a misaki.
But I don't the answer. Or I know but I just turn blind eye to them. I keep telling myself
>it's gonna get better.
But well I keep finding myself repeating the word. It's become a mantra for me. It's even harder for me that my mother and my father(mostly my father) don't really believe in me.>>18278888 I hope it's a meme illness and just by breathe deep and 2 hours of walking with book and some balls will make me better. Maybe I gonna do some thinking and decide whether I go or no.

Thanks here's a (you) :)
