Girl I've known for a while decided to lay the moves down. Thought she was gay but okay?

Is it normal for couples to not see each other for so long, especially this early in the relationship? My last girlfriend did the same before breaking up with me so perhaps I'm just a little tender from that still. I was thinking about telling her I'm not interested if she continues to not make time for me but I don't want to say something like that and put stress on a normal, healthy relationship.

You've literally only just started dating a few weeks ago so no need to confront her about 'normal healthy relationships', that stuff is way too heavy and a little bit ridiculous one month in.
If you really think it's done, just don't contact her and let it fizzle out on it's own. Not worth the drama to argue about it. If you've really tried and tried and tried to get her to spend time with you and she just won't, then just stop contacting her. Wait until she asks to spend time with you. If she never does that, then obviously it's over.
If you really think she has lost interest, then just leave her alone. If she comes back to you, then she hasn't lost interest. But if she keeps contacting you with 'nothing' i.e just x's and lovehearts and shit like that without really saying anything of value, I'd say don't give her texts or whatever too much thought unless she explicitly asks to hang out.

Though anon's suggestion of its not normal for couples to not see each other for three weeks sounds a little appealing right now.
