Hey /adv/, I suffer from bipolar disorder. do any of you suffer

i have bipolar disorder and i dont handle it. huge bummer. probably gonna kill myself soon, tips?

In my experience with bipolar, it's not something you can "handle". I just have to be prepared for the mood swings, the bad days, the urges to hurt myself, etc. I would say talk to your doctor about what treatment options are right for you. In my experience, the medication for bipolar made me feel so disassociated with everything it wasn't something I felt comfortable continuing. Hang in there.

Mostly you just die alone. /adv/ can't handle real problems without spamming le go to le shrink, this board is for vapid normies and their vapid relationshit/WAAHHHH CANT GET GURL nu-male problems. It is objectively (and I don't fling around such phrases at random) worthless for anything else.
