So I'm probably going to break up with my girlfriend of 10 months. Multiple reasons why that I won't delve into.
The problem and question that I'm having is the fact that she uses hormonal birth control, the pill. She gets her period each month around the 10th-14th day. And honestly, once she starts her next period I plan on ending it with her, to assure that she is not pregnant with a child.
So say that she gets her period next month and I don't have sex with her during/after her period. Am I in the clear to dump her without worrying about her getting pregnant?

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. If you 100% want to be assured she won't get pregnant, stop having sex with her now, unless she's pregnant or on her way to conception already.
